About Us
Company
Construction Management Partners, LLC (CMP) is a professional services firm established in 2012 for the purposes of representing clients during preconstruction, construction phase and post-construction phases of their projects. CMP is committed to delivering effective Owner Representative, Project Management Support, Construction Audit and Diversity Program Management services to a broad-based clientele seeking to improve the performance of their projects.
CMP employs Lean Project methodology and practices that identify inefficiencies in process, protect and certify cost, eliminate project waste, support and enhance project management plans and objectives that truly demonstrate substantial value for the design and construction industry. As consultants, advisors and auditors, we review, certify and segregate cost, development management and diversity strategies from pre-GMP development to post close out phases of the project in accordance with Owner guidelines and objectives The unique combination of project management, financial analysis and advisory level services add a greater level of accountability for the project team.
In an industry facing diversity challenges, increasing cost of labor/materials, scope-crepe, compressed schedules, longer lead times for major project components and change management challenges, Owners often seek partners with demonstrated experience in fast-paced environments and cultures that can predict project outcomes.
There are a finite number of activities that must be addressed with some level of detail to secure the success of a program. The size and complexity of the program will dictate the exact level of effort and cost for each required activity. Ignoring any part of the process leaves the project vulnerable to potential problems.
Our proven program, implementation of procedures, tracking and reporting systems consistently work to assist all project participants to fully develop the commitment, trust and partnering attitude necessary to ensure a successful project. Through effective management techniques, the Owner can be assured that proper steps are taken to solve problems and mitigate claims, which translate into cost and schedule overruns, disputes and/or costly litigation.
CMP is committed to responding creatively to complex building and program challenges. Through our unique experience with a variety of delivery methods, negotiation techniques, budget reviews and scope management, we have proven that a few basic and well-developed concepts are the foundation upon which all construction projects should be built.
