“Our motivation is not simply the pursuit of excellence, but the achievement of it”
Marvin L. Johnson, CCA, CCP
The partners of CMP have amassed an impeccable and award-winning industry reputation from our project management level support, construction audit, cost segregation, risk management and general project financial advisory services. We strive to add significant value to our clients and their major construction or capital projects.
CMP is aware of what is required to successfully move a project from planning through close-out. We have redefined the meaning of client service and dedication by operating with a level of professionalism that allows us to be extremely responsive to our Client’s needs and requests.
CMP employs Lean Project methodology and practices that identify inefficiencies in the process, protect and certify cost, eliminate project waste and support and enhance project management plans and objectives that demonstrate value for the client. As Certified Construction Auditors, we review, certify and segregate cost from pre-GMP development to post closeout phases of the project in accordance with guidelines set forth by the NACA (National Association of Construction Auditors). The unique combination of project management and financial analysis adds a greater level of accountability for the project team and increased savings and cost recovery for the Client.
We are active members of several key construction industry groups such as the (ASCE) American Society of Cost Estimators, CMAA (Construction Management Association of America), SLCCC (St. Louis Council of Construction Consumers), NACA (National Association of Construction Auditors), MOSHE (Missouri Society for Healthcare Engineers) and ASHE (American Society for Healthcare Engineers). Entering 2018, our goal is to continue our impact on the region’s largest construction and development projects and expand into other larger markets and geographical territories where clients are actively seeking relationships with consultants who bring value and predictable results to their programs.
