The CMP project controls, and implementation process is uniquely and effectively performed in accordance with the standards established by the National Association of Construction Auditors (NACA) and the Construction Auditing & Cost Control Institute (CACCI) for the Professional Practice of Construction Audit and Controls.

Our project implementation process includes a team of qualified and experienced professionals. The CMP project implementation team will be directly managed and supported by a Sr. Level Director or Manager committed to the successful and effective delivery of the project.
